Excellent customer service

I purchased a pair of D710 sunglasses 7 months ago, and for some reason the lens started to fade. I wrote up to customer service explaining my concern. The warranty had expired so it could not be replaced, however, I was given a 50% discount on my next purchase as a good gesture. I immediately took up the offer and replaced the identical D710 as they are an exceptional pair of polarized sunglasses. Not only did I get my 50%, they new purchased was delivered in the exact time as promised of 4 working days. Thank you to Customer Service at Statement Watches. Great customer service!!!
